Who we are and what we're about

​​Our mission at Deep Blue Vintage is to elevate the experience of shopping vintage by assembling forward moving collections of apparel of the past that seek to compliment, challenge, and inspire aesthetic of the future. Our goal is to make shopping vintage the most coveted option in order to positively impact our future as a planet.   A few things that we care a great deal about as they relate to our open roles:

 

Breaking New Ground -  From the structures in which we operate our stores [garages, barns] to the manner in which we take care of our people, we are continuously looking to pave the way for a stimulating experience. We welcome our people into our creative fold and encourage the rising up of new ideas that challenge old definitions of retail.

Facilitating Work/Life Balance - We feel that a healthy work/life balance is a key pathway to success.  Our stores each present a distinct work environment with shifts ranging from early morning to late evening.  Our team members have the ability to flex between two distinct store environments ranging from a high energy bar-adjacent afternoon/evening environment to a more mellow daytime space grounded in nature.  Walk with the butterflies or tame the bees ;)  We want our people to feel happy and inspired at work, and so if one environment is preferred we will note that preference and schedule accordingly.
